Hi! I'm Steph, and I want to personally welcome you to our space. We're really glad that you're here and we would be honored to be part of your yoga journey.
I am the founder and lead trainer of Online Yoga School and I'm happy to tell you a bit about us. I have my MA in Counseling and have been teaching yoga for over 25 years with over 20,000 hours of teaching yoga and 10,000 hours of training. I studied with Maty Ezraty, Nancy Candea and Chris Loebsack. I've trained and certified thousands of yoga teachers internationally and own a local yoga studio.
We have a diverse and experienced team at Online Yoga Studio and we are happy to offer you membership in our online yoga studio so that you can practice with us from anywhere across the globe.
If you're interested in becoming certified as a yoga teacher, you can take our 200 hour, 300 hour, prenatal or children's yoga teacher training online. We also have continuing yoga education courses to support you beyond certification as a yoga instructor.

How Do I Sign Up For The Online Yoga Teacher Training Program?
Enrollment is fast and simple. You can enroll online and begin your journey to teaching yoga immediately after enrollment if you'd like.

What Certification Do I Need to Teach Yoga?
For our 250 hour yoga teacher training, you will receive a 250 hour yoga teacher training certification. Because we are registered with Yoga Alliance, you can register with Yoga Alliance as RYT-200. Once you've completed the 300 hour yoga teacher training, you will receive a 300 hour yoga teacher training certification and can upgrade your Yoga Alliance registration to RYT-500. Upon completion of our children's yoga teacher training program, you can upgrade your registration to RCYT. Upon completion of our prenatal yoga teacher training program, you can upgrade to RPYT.

Can I Teach Yoga Without Being Certified?
All you need to teach yoga is a 200 hour yoga teacher certification from an institution like ours. Registering with Yoga Alliance is optional.

Can Beginners Take Yoga Teacher Training?
Yes, anyone can sign up for our 200 hour yoga teacher training program (now the 250 hour yoga teacher training program). There are no prerequisites.

What Can I Expect in Online Yoga Teacher Training?
Our online yoga teacher training program brings you the same information that you would receive in person. You can expect to learn yoga philosophy, anatomy, pranayama (breath work), asana (postures), sequencing, meditation, chakras, mantra and more!

How Many Students Are Enrolled In Each Teacher Training At One Time?
Our online yoga teacher training programs offer rolling admissions. All of our students are starting and stopping at their own pace. For this reason, there is no set number of students that are enrolled at any given time.
